About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Simplified AI Solutions Kft. ("we", "us"), which provides WhichPost.
By creating an account or using WhichPost, you accept these terms. If you use WhichPost for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm that you may do so.
Our full company details are in the legal notice. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
What WhichPost does
WhichPost shows which creator posts brought installs, sign-ups and paying users, without links or promo codes. It reads the data you connect or upload, and models we built and trained in-house turn that data into results. Every result comes with a range.
WhichPost is new and still growing. Features may be added, changed or removed.
Results and decisions
Each result is a measurement with a range: the values it likely falls between, not a single certain number. Ranges show how sure our models are, and like any measurement they can miss.
We suggest a next step for each creator, such as rebook, pause or test again. The decision, and what you pay creators, is yours.
We don't promise any particular sign-ups, installs, revenue or return from a campaign, or that a result fits a purpose we haven't described.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account, unless it's our fault.
Your data and keys
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide WhichPost to you, keep it secure, and fix problems.
Upload or connect only data you're allowed to share with us, including any data about your own customers.
Give us read-only keys. We refuse full Stripe secret keys. You can revoke a key in Stripe, RevenueCat or Superwall at any time, and syncing stops.
To improve our models we may learn from patterns across many campaigns, only in combined form that identifies no customer, product, creator or person. We never show your data or results to other customers.
Where your data includes personal data about other people, we handle it on your behalf. A data processing agreement will be available before launch.
The free data check
Before any paid audit, a free data check confirms that your data can support a clear answer. If it can't, you aren't charged, and the check tells you what's missing.
The free check is only a check before you buy. It isn't a free version of the audit.
If a paid audit finds that a post made no measurable difference, that's a result too: it tells you not to rebook. It isn't a reason for a refund.
The free post analyzer and the install-source check are offered as they are, with limits on how often they can be run.
Plans and payment
Plans and prices are on our pricing section. Prices are in US dollars.
Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Before they are, we'll add here how billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and taxes such as VAT work.
Any offer shown with a plan, such as the founding discount, applies under the conditions shown next to it.
Acceptable use
Don't use WhichPost to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- get into accounts, workspaces or data that aren't yours, or test our security without our written permission;
- upload malware, or overload, disrupt or damage the service;
- resell or rent access to WhichPost without our written agreement.
Automated access and model training
These rules protect the work that goes into WhichPost. They apply to every part of the service: pages, reports, results, sample data and responses from our interface for developers.
- Automated access. Use automated tools only as a search engine or an assistant acting for a person that follows our robots.txt, or through our documented interface for developers within its limits. Don't scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download WhichPost.
- Model training on public pages. You may use WhichPost's public pages (the home page, pricing, guides and other pages open to everyone) to train AI models. This does not extend to reports, results, sample data, workspaces, or responses from our interface for developers, which you may not use to train, fine-tune, distil, evaluate or benchmark any model, or to build a dataset for anyone who does.
- No model extraction or reverse engineering. Don't send systematic, synthetic or repeated inputs designed to work out our methods, settings or models, and don't decompile, reverse engineer or copy them.
- Limits and access controls. Don't get around rate limits, quotas, sign-in or bot controls, or disguise automated traffic as a person or as another bot.
- Reservation of rights. Except for training on public pages as allowed above, we expressly reserve all rights in WhichPost's content against text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the national laws that implement it, in particular for reports, results, sample data and anything behind sign-in.
- Enforcement. We may block, slow down or suspend access that breaks these rules, and we may seek other remedies.
Reports and share links
A report belongs to you. Its link is confidential: share it only with people who need it. You can revoke a share link at any time, and share links expire on their own.
Changes to the service
We work to keep WhichPost available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may pause access when needed to protect the service or other users. If we stop offering a paid service, we'll tell you in advance.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for all claims about WhichPost is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits from campaign decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using WhichPost at any time, and delete your account and data on your account page.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to export your data.
When the agreement ends, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy. Rules that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability and on automated access, continue.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the version and date at the top of this page. For changes that matter to you, we'll tell you by email or in WhichPost before they take effect, and ask you to accept them where the law requires.
Governing law and consumers
These terms are governed by the law of Hungary. Disputes go to the courts of Budapest.
WhichPost is made for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
